The following are our standard rates for Business Managed Information Services.

• Basic Backup (First 10TB): Free
• Basic Backup (Per Addt'l TB): $15/mo
• Advanced Cloud Backup (Per TB): $210/mo

• First Managed Website: Free
• Addt'l Managed Websites: $50/mo each

External Services Licensing such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Telephony services are not included, and are billed separately.

Managed Websites consist of a single public facing web application or service running in a managed virtual instance on our private or public cloud systems, consuming no more than 128GB of drive space for content. Additional space or complexity requires negotiation.

Micro Business MIS Book

Micro Businesses, especially established small firms with 10 or fewer employees and only one or two locations, qualify for a special pricing bundle:

• Microbusiness Managed Services (All Inclusive): $1500/mo

This includes all the same services as the Standard MIS Book, with certain limitations:

• Up to 10 Supported Users
• Up to 20 Supported Desktops and Laptops
• Up to 2 Supported Location
• 1 Managed Cloud Tenant
• Basic Backup is limited to 5TB
• Up to 3 Managed Websites

Nano Business MIS Book

Just starting out, maybe just you and a couple others, and need technical help? We have the ultimate support bundle for you!

• Nano Business Managed Services: $500/month

This includes all the same services as the standard MIS Book, with certain limitations:

• Up to 3 Supported Users
• Up to 5 Supported Desktops and Laptops
• 1 Supported Location
• 1 Managed Cloud Tenant
• Basic Backup is limited to 1TB
• 1 Managed Website

Private Cloud Book

The following are our prices for standalone Private Cloud and Hosting Services, for non-MIS customers.

• Hosted VM: $50/mo to $250/mo (depending on size)
• Managed VM: $100/mo to $500/mo (depending on size)
• Colocated Server: $500/RU/mo
• ZTNA/VPN Access to Private Cloud Network: Free
• TLS Termination and Reverse Web Proxying: Free
• Domain Name Management and Services: Free
• Dedicated Public IPv4 Address: $10/mo

• Managed Website Hosting: $100/mo (per website)
• Managed Email Service Instance: $100/mo

• Jump/Relay Services: $50/mo

Private Cloud Services each come with up to 128GB of storage. Additional storage or complexity requires negotiation. Jump/Relay Services require individual prior authorization and justification, and come with a monthly bandwidth quota of 5TB bidirectional. Domain Name Registration is billed at cost per year, invoiced per domain name. We register all domains through Porkbun, an ethical independent domain registrar.

Consulting Book

Pricing for off-contract Consulting Services

• Initial Consultation Meeting: Free
• Referrals to External Experts: Free
• Standard Hourly Rate: $400/hr

Hourly off-contract consulting comes with a minimum of four hours standard rate per consultation.

Monthly Consulting Services are available on Retainer, with a variety of services and responsibilities able to be included in the contract. However, due to the complexity of such a contract, it is impossible to list a standard book rate for such services. Please reach out to our Admin team to negotiate a consulting rate that works best for you!

Monthly Consulting Services retainers also include access to discounted or free Private Cloud Services, such as Hosting and Colocation.

Billing Practices

We bill all customers for our services in advance at the start of every month, due on receipt of invoice. We highly recommend automatic payments through our processor to enable ease of processing, as we strictly enforce late payment fees and suspensions. We invoice all external services in arrears on the first of each month as well. You can choose for these invoices to be joint or separate.

Some services (such as our preferred Telephony provider) bill independently, and have their own terms of service and payment.

We reserve the right to discount products and services for specialty customers at our leisure. Contract customers are generally eligible for the previous year's book rate if renewing for another full year. Customers that refer new contracts may be eligible for significant discounts or write-offs, depending on the size and duration of the referral.
